Our business terms and conditions
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, or you can drop off the product with us in Sandviken.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us at our email hej@vintage12.se and we will respond as soon as possible and confirm if everything is in order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your designated bank account within 10 days.
How we pack your products
Recycled materials
We pack all orders in recycled paper and cardboard. We minimise the use of new packaging materials to reduce our environmental impact.
Hand-packed with care
Each product is hand-packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Protective material
We minimise the use of protective packaging materials to be environmentally friendly. Sensitive products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
